The seminar for school psychologists in Ekibastuz.

In April, 2015, the graduates (volunteers) of the Institute of Family Education on the basis of the secondary school №13 of Ekibastuz carried out a seminar for school psychologists on the topic "Prevention of teachers’ emotional burnout" using techniques of positive psychology. Classes were given by psychologists - graduates of the Institute Ye.Molchanova and A. Sakara.

Participants were offered a slide presentation "Self-regulation of mental health of a teacher in professional activity", prepared by trainers for this meeting.

During the seminar psychologists learned to distinguish individual symptoms of stress, examined the techniques directed on the formation of the positive attitude towards themselves and the life, life satisfaction and self-esteem, as well as the formation of optimistic thinking.

Great interest of the audience was caused by the exercise "Off-the-road vehicle" and a parable "A glass of water". Participating in a practical part of the seminar, psychologists actively joined in the performance of art therapeutic technique “The image of the burned-out teacher”.

There was loud applause at the end of the seminar. All attendees received booklets as a gift from trainers with concrete recommendations.
